Weight Room Totals from Fall 2008

On Monday December 8th the WWCC Men's Mustang Soccer Team ended their first full four weeks of weight lifting (8 sessions). The Mustangs were assigned to complete four basic lifts every time in the weight room; Box Squats, Bench Press, Dead Lift and Power Cleans. The Mustangs were to also complete two auxiliary lifts every session.
